Availability All Menus are subject to availability and can change without notice, although we will always make the effort to inform you should this be the case.
Payment Terms A deposit of 50% is to be made on private bookings. Cheques/Cash/Credit/Debit Card payments are all accepted. Full payment and final numbers are due 10 days prior to the date of your function.
Delivery Charges Delivery charges do not apply where the order is over £40.00 and it is within a 5 mile radius. Delivery charges will apply where the order is under £40.00 or if the order is over £40.00 but outside of a 5 mile radius. Please contact us to enquire the price of delivery charge on your selected venue.
Should you wish to collect you order, please let us know and we can arrange a time convenient for you to do so.
Health & Safety Once we have delivered your buffet, the responsibility for keeping food refrigerated lies with the client.
Any uneaten food after an event (staffed or unstaffed) can be kept refrigerated for up to 24 hours before it must be thrown away. Again, the responsibility lies with the client to make sure that all food is stored correctly and thrown away within this time.
Crockery Crockery hire is available:
£2.50 + VAT per set (1 set includes: Plate, Side Plate, Bowl, Cutlery, Cup & Saucer). £1.50 + VAT per set (1 set includes: Cup, Saucer & Teaspoon) £0.50 + VAT per glass (Tumbler/Champagne Flute)
Polythene plates & Luxury Napkins (linen feel) are provided free of charge upon request.
Client Meetings We are more than happy to offer a personal meeting should you wish to discuss your requirements or inspect your site. We do not charge for this service.
Allergy Notice/Dietary Requirements We do not knowingly use any Genetically Modified products. We also avoid the use of nuts except where it is stated on a product description, although we cannot guarantee our ingredients have been produced in a nut free environment. We happily cater for all dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, Gluten/wheat free (Celiac Disease), Dairy free. We advise that you inform us of any allergies/dietary requirements as soon as possible so we can cater accordingly.
Alcohol We do not charge corkage and will serve you alcohol which is provided.
Staff Staff are available to serve at all events and are charged at £10 + VAT per hour, per member of staff. (Please note that when booking staff we require 1 hour setting up prior to your event and at least 1 hour clearing up after the event). Please phone to discuss your requirements. |
